As Cygnum is configured specifically to each organisation we work with there is no standard demo. We typically configure demos as part of detailed pre-sales activity or consultative discovery sessions that reflect your operating model and objectives.

Typical programmes run between 6–12 months, depending on scope, integrations and change complexity. This includes discovery, configuration, data migration, enablement and assurance.

Cygnum is available to procure through multiple compliant public sector routes and buying frameworks including the Crown Commercial Service’s Vertical Application Solutions (VAS) Framework, Back Office Systems 2 (BOS2) and GCloud 14. These routes provide flexible contract terms and streamlined competition processes. Cygnum has been independently evaluated through these frameworks, ensuring buyers can procure with confidence without undertaking full-market exercises.

Cygnum provides connection to the Microsoft Graph API to offer native interoperability with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and Azure Entra. It also offers SQL mirroring of data to allow PowerBI interrogation.
