Senior Research Executive


In the last few years, the Property Consulting Group at CACI have experienced significant growth in the amount of primary research we are conducting. This could be anything from face-to-face surveys, online surveys or qualitative research. To support this continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Senior Research Executive to join us at the CACI UK Headquarters in Kensington, London.
The consultant will be responsible for managing all of the research that the team carry out. On average we conduct approximately 250 surveys each year across a range of clients including Westfield, intu, British Land, Hammerson, The Crown Estate and Grosvenor. The role will involve managing the research process from taking the brief from the client to working with one of our project managers to ensure the research we are carrying out is appropriate.
A large part of the role will also include innovating and evolving the way that we conduct research, suggesting new methods of both quantitative and qualitative research that we can adopt.

The role will include:

  • Manage and track multiple concurrent customer research projects across CACI’s portfolio of property clients
  • Work with our Business Operations Manager to acquire and negotiate quotes and project timings with market research partners
  • Lead on designing question-sets with clients and acquiring all details needed for fieldwork
  • Liaise with research partners to set up research projects, and track fieldwork progress to ensure all runs smoothly
  • Maintaining partnerships with suppliers and leading performance reviews in order to drive efficiency
  • Coming up with innovative solutions to answering client queries and suggesting new quantitative and qualitative research methods that we can adopt.


The ideal candidate, as well as being a highly motivated self-starter, will have the following skills:

  • Educated to at least degree level at 2:1 or above
  • Excellent written/verbal English
  • Have a high attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
  • Be able to multi-task, quickly jumping from one project to another
  • Have excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders of all levels
  • Be a problem-solver
  • Be proficient with MS Office
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, the retail sector


  • Experience working in market research in the retail or FMCG sector
  • MRS certified
