Senior Marketing Executive

About the Role

CACI’s Location Planning group are currently looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to manage campaigns to support multiple sales teams, by bringing new ideas and strategies to generate and nurture leads. This role will sit in the wider marketing team and report to the Group Marketing Manager, based in West Kensington, London.

Stakeholder management will be an essential part of the role where you will be accountable to multiple sales VP’s, executing the marketing strategy by focusing on delivery across multiple channels. The Senior Marketing Executive will contribute to nurturing lead generation activities, audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, content creation, automation and analytics and ROI measurement.  The SME will be the main driver for brand awareness through various marketing channels, including thought-leadership content, and in turn will become the product and market expert to develop compelling marketing propositions to our target markets.

The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker, confident in exploring and recommending new ideas to raise brand awareness and deliver leads to the various sales teams. You will enjoy working in an agile and flexible way across campaigns and programmes to ensure that business units are continually focused on creating the most value for CACI clients and prospective clients.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience within campaign planning, project management, people management and budget control experience
• Experience working on online and offline marketing projects
• Excellent inter-personal skills are a must to build successful working relations with key internal stakeholders and clients
• Demonstrate strong influencing skills, inspiring confidence, and have a proven track record of working within complex stakeholder networks
• Strong project management skills with demonstrable ability to multitask multiple campaigns and channels
• Confident with working within content management systems, marketing automation tools, nurturing, audience segmentation, customer journey analysis and content creation and delivery
• A strong aptitude for digital marketing and the experience of using this creatively would be a distinct advantage
• Identify and evaluate target markets and contribute to the relevant strategies
• Create, deliver and evaluate commercially focused online & offline marketing campaigns aligned to the strategic growth priorities of each sub-division
• Develop lead generation campaigns for LPG and work with the sales teams to ensure lead monitoring and CRM systems are accurate
• Monitor and evaluate ROI of activity and report back to the business monthly

About You

• Proven experience within B2B markets
• Educated to degree level
• Knowledge of a wide range of on and offline marketing techniques and concepts, and of marketing tools i.e. CRM, CMS and e-marketing systems - Marketo preferred
• Budget management skills
• Demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
