Implementation Consultant - Children & Young People Systems

 

ABOUT   THE    ROLE 

As an Implementation Consultant, your primary role will be to support clients through the process of implementing and utilising the Impulse solution.
We will work with you to further develop and display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exemplary client facing skills. To facilitate your understanding of the product, you will initially work with our Customer Care Team.

This will involve gaining a thorough understanding of the Impulse solution our customers are using to support their business processes and a good knowledge of the service areas they operate in.
Having gained more experience, you will have developed a good working relationship with our clients and have been responsible for effective and timely communications with both the client and your colleagues.

You will then transition into working as an Implementation Consultant under the guidance of one of our Senior Implementation Consultants and Project Managers. You will support the delivery of any project tasks allocated to you. You are expected to display the highest level of professional standards at all times when dealing with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

As an Implementation Consultant you will assist in all stages of the support and implementation of the Impulse solution including, but not limited to:

  • First Line Customer Support
  • Triage and management of support issues
  • Requirements Analysis
  • Application Design
  • Implementation Design
  • Implementation and configuration of the software
  • Software testing
  • Creation of Training and User documentation

  • Technical attributes expected for the role include proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Web Browsing and the internal CACI Cygnum system and associated software1.

TRAINING

  • The business unit has a performance management framework to help both the business and staff achieve maximum potential. This will involve the setting, monitoring and assessment of personal objectives which both aim to develop your career and capability, and benefit CACI by strengthening the capability of their staff aligned to their overall business objectives.
  • During your probation period (1st 6 months) you will be set a number of objectives which will demonstrate your development and capabilities.
  • Your progress against these objectives will be reviewed in line with the performance management framework.
  • A formal Performance review will be carried out by your Line Manager commencing at the end of your 6th month probationary period and annually thereafter in line with the performance review cycle.
  • Training will be provided in the use of the internal CACI Cygnum system and associated toolsets. Appropriate training (internal and external) will be made available to support you achieve your objectives and develop your competencies.
