About the Business Division

The Project Management Office sits within the Integrated Marketing Group (IMG) of CACI and works across an array of exciting, market-leading projects. Pragmatically delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, the PMO works closely with colleagues from the Customer Engagement, Marketing Technology,  Client Services and Managed Services teams supporting small to large-scale projects.

The PMO is responsible for end-to-end project delivery for Clients, as well as the surrounding processes, tools, resourcing and commercials. Our Project Managers directly interface with Clients and are targeted on core areas of Scope, Quality, Timings and Budget.

The PMO team is hard-working and focused on delivering on our goals of:

• Measurement – Track and report to drive value to Client and the business

About the role

We are currently looking to bring on a talented Project Manager to join our award-winning team. This is a full-time role based out of our Kensington office. The Project Manager will primarily work closely with colleagues in the PMO team as well as the Head of Operations and IMG’s Customer Engagement and Marketing Technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role ideally within a CRM or Digital environment. Previous client facing experience with knowledge on how fast paced agencies operate, will help the candidate hit the ground running in this role. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels, and who, where required, can help translate technical speak to non-technical people. Bringing a good understanding of project management principles, from project delivery planning to risk management and budget control, alongside a pragmatic mindset, will help the candidate thrive in this role.
The Project Manager will get the opportunity to work across a mix of sectors, with many different people across the business and lovely clients to deliver exciting projects. We are looking for a go-getter and someone passionate about all facets of delivery.
The wider IMG team will share their knowledge and experience to act as a strong support network and help facilitate getting this position up and running, as well as assisting with career development and support.

What you can expect in this role

• Accepting, interpreting and querying Client briefs
• Defining SOWs that will detail scope, assumptions and effort of the deliverables, along with timelines
• Creating detailed project plans and project documentation (status reports, budget drawdown reports, etc.)
• Planning and securing resources required to deliver your plan
• Managing internal and client expectations on project delivery and ensure all are aligned to what tasks need to be completed, by who, and when
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage Client
• Revenue forecasting experience ideal
• Collating assets and as required secure content / information required for resources to deliver the project
• Ensuring processes are adhered to, timesheet entry is accurate and as required other admin related tasks are complete
• Briefing internal teams and keeping abreast of progress, risks, issues, etc.; reporting and mitigating accordingly
• Facilitating approvals both internally and via client
• Passionate about delivering quality work for your clients
• Engaging and motivating the team, clients, internal stakeholders, as well as some third parties
• Be the primary contact for your clients on a day-to-day basis

• Understanding of Project Management methodologies
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiation skills
• Structured and clear thinker: ability to prioritise a demanding workload
• The ability to absorb information and learn quickly. You are a logical thinker that connects the dots and always strives to proactively identify risks or issues that could impede delivery
