About the Role

CACI’s Market Planning group are currently looking to build their sales team and bring on three strong Sales Consultants at various levels to grow their team, based in West Kensington, London. MPG are the leaders in market and location analytics in the UK, priding ourselves on our established reputation whilst delivering intelligent innovative data solutions to our clients. Our client base includes many of the major retailers such as Sainsburys, TK Maxx, Clarks, Next, and Boots; and many other high-profile businesses including, Nuffield JC Decaux, B&Q and Mitchells and Butlers to name a few.

This a great opportunity for driven salespeople with proven track records to join this successful team, as we expand into new markets. The focus will be on new business and unearthing new prospects by educating new clients on how our solutions can benefit their businesses.  There will also be existing accounts to manage & grow. Our salespeople are well-supported by pre-sales consultants who are experts in their field. We have created a driven, energetic and consultative environment.

We look for Sales Consultants that have well-developed sales and commercial skills, used to speaking to C-Level decision makers.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a successful commercial team, room for collaboration with the different business units within CACI’s Marketing Solutions Division, whilst always fostering growth and development in each employee’s career journey.

We offer a competitive basic salary and an excellent uncapped commission structure. Salespeople regularly exceed 120% of their sales target and with this achieve uncapped commission of 5% of net sales.

• Work with our pre-sales consultants to show the benefits of our consultancy and software solutions
• Present effectively and write clear, convincing proposals
• Discuss market issues knowledgeably and demonstrate understanding of relevant commercial sectors
• Engage multiple stakeholders in the sales process
• Negotiate and close business to exceed sales targets

About You

• Demonstrate Intelligence, drive and gravitas
• Be a Self-starter, self-disciplined, results driven and highly energetic
• The ability to source leads and expand the sector through their own efforts
• A ‘hunter’ with a proven ability to proactively generate new business
• A demonstrable track record of high sales performance
• The ability to absorb complex solutions and present them with simplicity; understand technical information and think laterally to deliver a variety of solutions
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Able to manage and support client organisations at all levels
• A real attention to detail
• A very good communicator, who is outgoing and confident and can be effective in a business meeting with senior people
• An understanding of UK town geography is advantageous
• Full driving licence
