About the Business Division

The Customer Engagement & Campaigning team sit within the Integrated Marketing Group of CACI. The group leads the way in customer management (both digital and offline) by helping clients acquire, develop and retain customers through effective customer strategy planning, optimising marketing campaigns and customer insight. About the Role

CACI are looking for a new CRM Campaign planner to join the Customer Engagement team. The role will be split between retained client work and project work supporting a portfolio of key clients across multiple sectors. The main objective of the role will be to develop the customer journey strategy and planning the details for the contact strategy. This role will require understanding of CRM, campaigns and deployment. Training will be provided regarding the approach CACI takes to CRM strategy planning and understanding our proposition.

The team will provide support and introduce you to key clients that you will be working closely with. In turn giving you exposure to multiple big brand clients with the aim to understand different client challenges and objectives etc.

CACI will provide you with the opportunity to learn new technologies and systems depending on what the client needs. Along with being a part of the CRM working group and the client innovation group. This position offers variety and autonomy to come up with your own ideas, by curating a mixture of strategy design and detail planning to take an aspirational vision and turn it into something that is actionable.

Key Requirements

  • Understanding of and interest in building out customer and prospect life cycles, campaign journeys and programmes, and contact strategies etc
  • Confident working with clients
  • Important to demonstrate a go getter, proactive attitude
  • Experience in strategy planning would be advantageous
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Attention to detail
  • Driven to achieve a career in CRM strategy – not in operations deployment
  • Map out the detail needed to deliver the client vision
  • Plan campaigns
  • Meeting with the different CRM team members to understand different ways of working and what we have been working towards with the CRM working group
  • Oversee the delivery of projects by managing the internal cross-functional teams, including dedicated client teams and subject matter experts
  • Gain an understanding of your clients’ different business divisions and provide solutions to their marketing needs and strategies
