About the Business Division

The Technology and Managed Services team sit within the Integrated Marketing Group of CACI. The group leads the way in customer management (both digital and offline) by helping clients acquire, develop and retain customers through effective customer strategy planning, optimising marketing campaigns and customer insight. Our work is underpinned by high quality consumer and market data and leading technology. Our core business activities are detailed below:

About the Role

CACI’s Tech and Managed Services team are looking to bring in a Business Analyst in a newly created role that will interact with the wider Integrated Marketing Group. The team is responsible for implementing and managing marketing systems for our well-established client base. The solutions are becoming increasingly complex as we support the client’s marketing activity across all digital channels.

This role has arisen due to the rise in workload and in turn we are looking to change the way we approach project launches, and will be integral to challenging requirements from both internal and external customers for major projects. This role will also be heavily involved in determining test strategy and plans for these projects. The key contacts will be external and internal customers, Solution Architects, Developers and Testers. Joining the team as BA will provide you with the opportunity to help define leading marketing solutions such as Campaign Management, Digital Analytics and DMPs for a wealth of leading brands within data centric organisation.

CACI seek an ambitious candidate with an aptitude for working on complex projects, that can apply their experience to our chosen CRM Applications, email marketing and web service integration software within our overall solutions that we build for our clients.

Key Requirements

We would expect our ideal candidate to have a combination of the following of technical knowledge and/or experience:

  • Supporting clients across our hosted solutions
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Able to influence at senior stakeholder level
  • Proven track record of B2B project delivery
  • Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Ideally experienced in delivering solutions involving data, databases and marketing automation
  • Knowledge of the current marketing trends and technology.
  • An eye for detail whilst appreciating the impact upon the big picture business objectives
  • B2B2C Marketing solutions across campaign/email /database tools
  • Working with clients, both on and off site, to scope out solutions to issues CRM Web/Email support, development and data integration
  • Market Knowledge of tools such as:
  • Adobe Campaign (Neolane)
  • Exact Target (Salesforce
  • Apteco Faststats
  • Adestra
  • Eliciting, challenging and documenting client requirements.
  • Work alongside the Solution Architects to help define leading omni-channel marketing solutions
  • Produce and manage requirement gathering documents or backlogs en-route to successfully implemented solutions
