CACI is looking to bring on a talented Senior Project Manager within the Integrated Marketing Group (IMG) who will be reporting to the Head of PMO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering medium and large-scale projects, ensuring quality, value-based delivery for our clients and efficient, profitable delivery for the company.

Integrated Marketing Group – Core Business Activities

The Integrated Marketing Group of CACI leads the way in customer management by helping clients acquire, develop, and retain customers through effective customer strategy planning, optimising marketing campaigns and customer insight. Our work is underpinned by high quality consumer and market data and leading-edge technology. Our core business activities are detailed below:

What you’ll be doing

You are an individual passionate about project management, have a solution-focused mindset and will take a pragmatic approach to delivery. You are a self-starter who is hungry to constantly find ways of optimising how we work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Experience working in an agency environment and Project delivery including delivery planning, resourcing, commercial management, risk, and issues management, etc.
  • Supporting development of the PMO function within the business
  • Establishing and maintaining PM and delivery processes across the business
  • Pre-sales support including solution development, costings, proposals, development of SOWs, pitching, etc.
  • Supporting resource management across the business including appropriate utilisation and chargeability
  • Staying abreast of key market trends in delivery and in the marketing technology / CRM space
  • Proactively identifying and leading initiatives that drive business value / continuous improvement

Skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Passionate about project management and delivering value to Clients
  • Positive, organised, detail orientated person
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and CRM
  • Interest in data and insight
  • Well versed in both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in a similar role within an agency environment

CACI is looking for a Digital Analyst within the Integrated Marketing Group (IMG) who will be responsible for designing and implementing data models and tracking requirements, producing dashboards that provide actionable insight and performing deep dive analysis to respond to client’s business problems

What you’ll be doing:

Working in the MarTech Team, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering a wide range of projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Designing data models and implementing digital data collection techniques and tag management systems such as Adobe Launch or GTM
  • Supporting full end to end implementations of website tracking and auditing existing data implementations
  • Running optimisation and personalisation sprints, from hypothesis generation to roadmap facilitation and activity creation.
  • Producing dashboards
  • Performing analysis

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar
  • Knowledge of designing data models and implementing digital data collection techniques and tag management systems such as Adobe Launch or GTM
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability – able to analyse and interpret data and make recommendations based on the output
  • Experience of working with digital optimisation and personalisation tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely or similar
  • Proven experience in turning data and analysis into actionable insights
  • Strong awareness of audience knowledge and the ability to adjust language accordingly
