France discourage the throw away society, focusing first on luxury goods. Macy’s announces new store format alongside the closure of weaker department stores; “Market by Macy’s” launched in Texas, will deviate from the traditional department store, with a greater focus on the community. PCG love the idea of localisation of the department store with community events and local Texas brands.
