As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will be working within a dedicated Operations Team supporting the essential functions of the wider business and focussing on the growth of our teams.

Due to the industries we work in, we require all our team to be able to obtain security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.

We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK and we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and to support the growth of the business to enable our Company Mission to be achieved in keeping the UK safe and secure. Founded in 2006, CACI IIG is an exciting, growing and progressive business unit within CACI UK. The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be part of a busy recruitment team that ensures business resource requirements are met through recruitment, talent acquisition and external marketing. You will hold responsibility for day to day recruitment tasks within the TA function and be actively involved in attracting the best talent to CACI IIG. The list below gives a flavour of some of the tasks you may be asked to undertake;

  • Sourcing candidates through CV searching and review
  • Phone interviews with potential candidates
  • Arranging interviews, meetings and phone calls with potential candidates and individuals at all levels across the business.
  • Proactive headhunting of potential candidates
  • Conducting suitability assessments of new applications received
  • Recommendations of candidates to the Head of TA
  • Leading engagement with 3rd party agency suppliers
  • Partaking in face to face / video interviews
  • Creation of social media posts and advertising to generate new candidates
  • Working closely with the rest of the Operations Team to undertake administrative tasks

  • Have a strong ability to build rapport with different people
  • Be comfortable engaging at all levels of the business from technical staff to directors.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good eye for detail
  • Be comfortable owning processes and driving improvements as required
  • Be a good team player
  • Self starter and the ability to work independently and prioritise your own workload
  • Strong computer literacy including the full Microsoft Office package
