CACI delivers care management software to Olympus Care

London, March 2015: CACI has been awarded a major contract to supply a case management system for Olympus Care Services (OCS), helping them manage their portfolio of specialist services across home care, residential care and day services.

OCS provides a broad range of care and support services to over 10,000 customers per year across 31 sites throughout Northamptonshire. Their aim is to operate services that recognise the individuality of each customer and provide personalised support and care of a consistently good standard whilst working in partnership with their customers to develop solutions that enhance and improve their quality of life, independence and wellbeing. CACI’s care software solution Cygnum, will be used to manage OCS’ core business functions delivering benefits around efficiency, reporting and improved customer service. Cygnum will provide a central database of information for OCS and will allow agreed business processes to be followed and monitored through implementation of the workflow and reporting functionality within the software. Envisaged future scope will include implementation of mobile working and web portal functionality, as well as integration with a range of existing OCS systems.
