Managing the appeals process can be tricky, but our end-to-end appeals process module is designed to make it much smoother. You can make it easier for parents to lodge appeals via the parent portal and you can administer any appeals more swiftly via the school portal.

Appeals for admissions

Where a child hasn’t received a place at their preferred school, parents can register an appeal via the portal. Working in tandem with the admissions and transfers module, parents will be notified of rejection via their portal and can appeal at the click of a button.

This appeal is then received via the school portal and can be dealt with in an automated fashion, or picked up by a member of the admissions team and dealt with individually.
