CACI is recruiting for a Marketing Director based in our Headquarter office in London. CACI Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of CACI International Inc., a publicly listed company on the NYSE with annual revenue in excess of US $6.3bn and employing approx. 27,000 people worldwide.

As part of the wider Marketing Solutions Division, you will be joining a 250 strong team working in over 50 markets globally.
We provide expert advice and hands-on system management to help our national and global clients get the most from technology and data. We use innovation wisely to deliver well thought-out digital solutions and software.
What you’ll be doing
We require a Director of Marketing, responsible for a team of 12 people with 6 direct lines, to lead the divisional and corporate marketing teams, reporting to the Chief Executive.
Key responsibilities:
- Improving CACI’s brand perception (across customers, partners and employees…)
- Directing, developing, and supporting the marketing team
- Supporting the SVPs with sales and pipeline objectives for all business units
- Managing a significant budget
- Being a senior sponsor and advocate of major change management programs impacting marketing and the wider business
- Working in collaboration with the CEO to advance the creative brand
- Acting as a brand gatekeeper: driving consistency across all communications while ensuring the brand’s aesthetic, values, and high standards are consistent and continuously elevated
- Providing inspiration and direction, bringing ideas and creative thinking
- Ensuring companies acquired by CACI are successfully integrated into the CACI brand creatives
Skills:
- Extensive experience in marketing with strong commercial understanding and acumen
- Proven experience within B2B markets, ideally from the IT, data or marketing services sector
- Track record in motivating and developing a team, as well as developing career progression plans for the team
- Ability to demonstrate commerciality and use of KPI’s, demonstrating ROI
- Capability to create and build relationships and influence the leadership team and stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Strong budget management skills
- Knowledge of marketing tools i.e. CRM, CMS and e-marketing systems – Marketo would be a bonus
