The Customer Engagement & Campaigning team sit within the Integrated Marketing Group of CACI. The group leads the way in customer management (both digital and offline) by helping clients acquire, develop and retain customers through effective customer strategy planning, optimising marketing campaigns and customer insight. About the Role

CACI are looking for a new Account Manager to join the Client Services team. The role will be supporting a portfolio of key clients across multiple sectors to deliver commercial, strategic, and client satisfaction targets. Building, managing and developing client relationships and understanding marketing strategies at all levels. the Account Manager will typically be working directly with the Account Director at a senior level to understand their clients’ business needs and work collaboratively in a cross functional internal team to deliver best in class solutions.

A CACI Account Manager role is hugely rewarding, as success requires a good understanding across a range of sectors, consultative selling skills and a detailed knowledge of the full range of CACI’s capabilities which include:

  • Consumer Data: providing a rich understanding of UK customers through our data product and classifications
  • Analysis & Insight: using in-house analytical team’s skills and market leading tools to make sense of data in all its forms
  • Customer & Capability Strategy: helping clients to decide what to do and how to do it
  • Technical Integration & Managed Services: creating the CRM technology infrastructure to deliver an integrated customer experience, including a view of 3d party marketing technologies and developments
  • Best-Practice Communications: supporting the customer experience with inspiring, well designed and optimised digital marketing campaigns
  • Digital Consultancy: understanding consumers’ online behaviours and optimizing experiences across our clients’ digital properties. Creating, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns, to maximize demand generation and conversion.

Key Requirements

  • Development of account plans and solutions against your clients’ needs and aspirations
  • Overseeing the delivery of projects (from simple data delivery, CRM and Digital
  • Provide day to day operational support, ownership of status and project plans, attending client facing meetings, and drafting commercial documents and proposals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CACI’s integrated marketing product range
  • Review delivery against the client’s SLA; take ownership of all client reporting internally and externally; for example: forecasts, burn, status, etc
  • Oversee the delivery of projects by managing the internal cross-functional teams, including dedicated client teams and subject matter experts
  • Gain an understanding of your clients’ different business divisions and provide solutions to their marketing needs and strategies
  • Actively and willingly take ownership of all and any aspect of the relationship between
  • CACI and the client, to ensure that we are exceeding all measures and expectations at all times
  • Marketing to complex analytical or strategy projects)

About You

  • Good experience in a client-facing role / Client Services environment
  • Confidence to engage stakeholders at Managerial level
  • Evidence of Account planning and revenue growth within your assigned accounts
  • Experience working within a data-driven Marketing Services Provider
  • Good relationship-building and networking skills
  • Experience and knowledge of a digital service portfolio
  • Exposure to / experience of key industry-leading platforms and applications that support data-driven marketing activities is essential, including: database platforms and hosting environments; multi-channel campaign management tools, (a good understanding of email service and best practice is critical); analytics, reporting and BI
  • A professional attitude, with entrepreneurial, innovative and creative flair
  • Highly organised and commercially astute
  • Highly motivated, with the will and drive to succeed; be goal driven
  • A highly flexible, client-focused and commercially aware attitude, with strong appreciation for the unpredictable nature of a service-based business
