About the Role

This is a very busy and varied role providing support primarily to the IMG Sales Team, as well as to the IMG Senior Management Team. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and has very good attention to detail. In the fast-paced office environment, it is key for the individual to have an acute awareness of the needs of the team and carry out their work efficiently and with enthusiasm. Due to the wide scope and variety of the role, the ideal candidate must be extremely dilligent, tenacious and able to multi-task across a number of requirements at any one time.

Typical duties will include:

  • Supporting the Sales Team along the sales process to increase efficiencies and speed of sales process including:
  • Owning the front-end operation of our internal CRM system
  • Co-ordination of meetings with both clients and partners
  • Diary management of the IMG Senior Management Team
  • 20% of your time will include some general administration duties, including arranging travel bookings, distributing payslips and post, managing absence forms, ordering food for client meetings etc.
  • Use of NetSuite CRM (updating it, using reporting, reviewing pipeline, inputting leads as well as following up the team on leads)
  • Creation of weekly sales reports and slides for a weekly team meeting
  • Leading the training and support on our CRM system Netsuite
  • Supporting the IMG Marketing Manager with events organisation and campaigns
  • Supporting the Sales Team through presentations, agendas and preparation for meetings
  • Taking minutes and chasing up on actions in various internal & external meetings
  • Distributing quarterly KPIs for the sales team and creating analysis of their results
  • Conducting a monthly meeting analysis of the sales team
  • Assist with new starters to the IMG team
  • Handling calls when clients ring in and directing them to the right person
  • Able to review proposals and make amendments
  • In addition, the role will support the inside sales Group Marketing Manager including campaign launches and event preparation

Key Requirements
