Marketing Operations and Brand Executive


The Operations and Brand Executive is a central figure in the Brand & Marketing Department and we are currently recruiting for a 12 months contract.

A highly motivated, professional and efficient individual who loves to communicate, plan, prioritise and stay on top of the Head of Marketing’s central projects and activities, working closely with other departmental administrators in the smooth running of a large organisation with multiple business units.

The operations and brand executive will work on a 1-2-1 basis with the Head of Marketing, however is also expected to provide secondary support to a small group of the VPs direct reports related to specific business projects (Internal Comms, Finance, IT & Operations, Acquisition branding and Bid Coordination).

As the job sits within the central Marketing department, expect a fast pace, within a vibrant, yet corporate office environment.


  • Provide proactive and comprehensive enabling support to the Head of Marketing

  • Act as point of contact and first filter between Head of Marketing and internal and external enquiries & tickets through to central marketing.


  • Work with the HOM and various stakeholders to create a plan for how best to utilise and get value from marketing technology solutions (CMS, Marketing Automation, GA)

  • Work to create a centralised marketing data strategy with our Marketo consultants. Work with the business and Marketing team to continually improve data quality through the production of effective reporting and clear recommendations.

Marketing Operations

  • Responsibility for the relationship between CACI and all technology solutions consultants (Marketo, CRM, etc) and making sure all systems are running up to date.

  • Record and update documentation on all the systems and processes used by marketing teams within individual BU’s when campaigns are executed and work with HOM to offer advice on CRM best practices.

Data & Compliance

  • Help the HOM stay abreast laws, compliance updates and changes that effect marketing – GDPR, PECR…

  • Work with the legal department on making sure data compliance is followed.


  • Work with HOM and HR reps on coordinating Internal Comms initiatives and activities

  • Work with HOM on coordinating website developments and projects

  • Manage rebranding of newly acquired companies. Ensuring companies acquired by CACI are successfully integrated into the CACI brand

  • Work with designers on making sure the brand is reflected in all projects – new logos, case studies, etc

Events Coordination/ Other

  • Organise the annual CACI profits party, the summer sales reward getaway and Christmas party

  • Coordinate Marketing training sessions for all BU Marketing Representatives

  • Compose and issue department announcements about associates and events


  • Responsible for the consolidation and reporting of all BU marketing budgets to one business view

  • Work with finance to ensure that all invoices are coded and costed to the correct department code and accruals are accurate

  • To upload central marketing invoices and monitor payment process alongside accounts payable.


  • 3 years+ marketing experience

  • Degree level educated, ideally in marketing

  • The candidate MUST have 3 years+ experience with working with marketing platforms - marketing automation (preferably Marketo), CMS, CRM, Google Analytics 

  • Budget management skills

  • Supplier managent experience

  • Event management experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Extremely organised and able to manage a busy workload, working to tight deadlines

  • Effective stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties at all level
