Junior Graphic Designer

An exciting opportunity for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to support our busy marketing team.

You will be working with marketing managers on a range of print and web projects. The ideal candidate will be confident in putting new ideas forward and have a good knowledge of the Adobe suite.

This is a full-time position based at our Kensington office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Collaborate with the marketing team and support them with design projects
• Create a variety of marketing materials including: web banners, flyers, posters, brochures, presentations and social media content
• Enthusiasm in bringing new ideas to the table around brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• A good knowledge of design software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Able to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and written skills
• A good understanding and appreciation of brand and the ability to contribute to creative ideas
• A contemporary design aesthetic and interest in graphic design, typography and advertising.
• Experience of using design guidelines for creating consistency within collateral
• Exceptional layout skills in print and online
• Knowledge of the print process and setting up files ready for print
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and projects, both independently and collaboratively with the design manager
• Portfolio essential
• Experience of designing for Power Point and Word would be advantageous
• 1-2 years’ design experience.
