About the Role

CACI’s Integrated Marketing Group (IMG) is currently looking a Group Marketing Manager, this role will be key in connecting internal and external teams across partners, product, marketing and sales as we work to build on our existing messaging, proposition and audience acquisition strategies.

The successful candidate will be fanatical about marketing always staying abreast of the latest and greatest marketing strategies, frameworks and martech out there. We are looking for candidates that are competent, opinionated and good at multitasking in a high-pressure environment, strategic yet creative with a flair for managing multiple stakeholders with a proactive and positive approach, seeking out opportunities to develop their skills and experience and improve the quality of their output.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ambition to create and deliver bigger, bolder and better campaigns that engages and inspires our prospective clients and drive future sales and marketing strategies. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing with a dotted line reporting into the IMG VP, working closely with key team members such as IMG’s Head of Propositions. The role will be based in our Kensington office based within the IMG team, however ad-hoc travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the marketing strategy with a clear focus on defining positioning, audience and messaging
  • Work with sales/pre-sales and product specialists to evaluate target markets and develop effective strategies
  • Develop a clear partner marketing plans to deliver initiatives that raises the profile of CACI’s services
  • Execute multi-channel marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Profile audiences and identify target audiences based on business objectives, USP and market analysis
  • Assist in developing audience testing and targeting ideas; monitor contact strategy
  • Develop and drive the content marketing strategy in line with annual sales and marketing plans
  • Understand the clients’ business from the perspective of their audiences and/or their preferred outcome.
  • Attend monthly sales meetings to form marketing generated opportunities
  • Conduct ‘Voice of the prospect’ surveys (online/offline)
  • Manage event and tradeshows including venue sourcing, supplier management, budgeting, comms, on the day support, management of merchandise
  • Brief designers for various creative marketing campaigns executions
  • Leverage the information provided by subject matter experts and write stories for business presentations
  • Develop content that is thoughtfully targeted to various personas and stages in the buyer’s journey
  • Ghost write thought -leadership content for product and sales positioning them as experts in subject matters (Linkedin Posts/blogs/ articles)
  • Ensure all content aligns with correct client style, brand and messaging guidelines
  • Create engaging, user friendly content that unifies the journey in digital situations: landing pages, mobile messaging, social platforms and campaign emails
  • Report monthly to the Head of Marketing - sales and marketing funnel by marketing activity MQL – SQL- conversions, ROI of activity (CRM)
  • Report to the VP and Sales teams engagement tracking and report back monthly (Google Analytics/ Marketo Reports)
  • Support other Business Unit Marketing Managers and Corporate teams in capturing best practice and learning insights that can be shared through the capability line.

About You

Demonstrable experience of working within a B2B / B2B-B2C environment ideally within multi channel marketing tech space
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must to build successful working relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients
This role will require you to work in an agile and flexible way across campaigns and programmes to ensure that business units are continually focused on creating the most value for CACI clients and prospective clients
Very proficient in all elements of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint & Word
Demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills
Meticulous English language skills, with keen eye for detail - punctuation, spelling, grammar, and syntax
Strong proofreading and editing skills
Experience with working with marketing platforms - marketing automation, CMS, CRM, Google Analytics
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload, working to tight deadlines
Be able to work both in a team and independently
Understanding of writing for digital (SEO) and fostering a positive user experience through concise,
BA in Marketing, Business, English, Communication, Journalism or relevant field – and/ or CIM
