To support this continued growth, we have an opportunity for a senior consultant to join us at the CACI UK Headquarters in Kensington.

About the Role

In the last few years, the Property Consulting Group at CACI have experienced significant growth in consulting revenues; to support this continued growth, we have an opportunity for an Graduate level GIS Account Manager to join us at the CACI UK Headquarters in Kensington, London.

The Account Manager will provide support to our clients specifically for the solution Insite. A large part of the role will consist of partaking in day to day client support activities, either over the phone/email or facing to face. The ideal candidate will be expected to foster positive client relationships, through the delivery of technical support. This role requires someone who is organised, diligent, has good attention to detail and is able to multi-task across a number of requirements at any one time.

  • Diary management
  • Co-ordinating meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Taking minutes and chasing up on actions in various internal & external meetings
  • Take on administrative side of sales operation activities
  • Handling calls for customer support
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and growth areas within existing accounts
  • Performance will be monitored based on client satisfaction
  • Strategic account planning
  • Support with marketing and communications tasks for Insite clients

About You

The ideal candidate, as well as being a highly motivated self-starter, will have the following skills:

  • Educated to at least degree level
  • Excellent written/verbal English
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Extremely organised
  • Able to work with individuals of all levels
  • Able to multitask and prioritise accordingly
  • Proactive
  • Competent in both their written and oral skills
  • Proficient in all elements of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Powerpoint
