About the Business Division

The Customer Engagement & Campaigning team sit within the Integrated Marketing Group of CACI. The group leads the way in customer management (both digital and offline) by helping clients acquire, develop and retain customers through effective customer strategy planning, optimising marketing campaigns and customer insight. About the Role

The Customer Engagement and Campaigning team have a new opening in the team for a Digital Solutions Presales Consultant. This is a new position and will be instrumental in driving new business and growth for our Integrated Marketing Division. As a Digital Presales Consultant, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, working very closely with our sales team to help craft solutions that deliver value to clients.

You will be working closely with clients, leading workshops to understand their requirements, preparing proposals and presenting on how the solution will help their organisation achieve their goals.

CACI are looking for someone who is naturally curious about marketing and innovation, you will be aware of the latest digital trends and make sure these are shared with clients.

A normal week will include meeting new clients, working on multiple pitches and proposals while dazzling clients with your enthusiasm and knowledge of your subject matter across CRM/Data Solutions.
You will work across a range of leading international brands within the Sports, Media, Financial Services, Charity, Retail and Utility sectors.

This role will suit someone with a solid marketing background who has worked as a digital marketing or CRM practitioner. You will need to be able to put the customer at the forefront of what you do, results-driven, and have very strong stakeholder management/communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to bring fresh ideas and have an impact from day one.

Key Requirements

  • You will provide the sales team with expert assistance throughout the various stages of the sales process including qualification, RFI/RFP/proposals, presentation and demonstration
  • You will make a clear contribution to the achievement of our revenue targets and related business objectives
  • Act as a consultant, champion and thought leader on digital engagement, leveraging best practice
  • Identify the most appropriate digital platforms, tools and systems to support overall digital engagement and communications strategies
  • Provide thought leadership to existing clients
  • You will also be involved in conferences, running workshops along and creating new content to meet the demand for information
  • You will advise clients on innovation, strategy enablement and roadmaps
  • Stay in the forefront of trends and innovation in marketing capabilities
  • Work closely with vendors and partners to stay informed about new features and products to better advise clients on the best technology choices to meet their goals

About You

  • Proven experience of winning new business
  • Proven experience in a related function, either for recognised brand, agency or consultancy
  • A strong background in data
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management tools and processes
  • Experience in delivering best of breed digital services
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • Experience in running large client engagements
  • Significant experience at scoping, resourcing and developing commercial proposals
  • Strong experience in writing pitches
  • In depth knowledge of digital engagement channels
