Recent European projects include:-

Creating a Geographic Information System (GIS) solution for the analysis of retail provision and consumer demand throughout Europe. The solution includes CACI’s Spatial Modeller software to assess the impact of new retail developments.

Assessing the market potential for medical products at a local level across key European markets. Optimal sales territories were then planned to ensure efficient coverage of target retailers to drive product distribution whilst minimising sales costs. This project involved the development of drive time networks for each country and the re-alignment of territory structures around pharmacy outlets.
Developing a GIS for one of the world’s largest FMCG manufacturers. The bespoke solution is used to allocate sales resources to service a range of retail outlets across Europe.
