CACI acquires Arete Software

CACI Ltd., a leading provider of information systems and marketing solutions in the UK, today announces the acquisition of Arete Software Limited.

Arete Software is an independent software company focusing entirely on the design and delivery of comprehensive software solutions in the Education arena. Following the recent restructure of Education and Social Services for children, to form the new Children’s Services directorates, CACI and Arete Software have made a highly strategic move to merge their two product sets and operations.

This merger will offer our respective customers and the Children’s Services market as a whole, a strategic partner to support their transition towards a truly integrated approach to looking after the interests of all children throughout their journey to adulthood.
