In the first instance, you contact us to discuss your particular requirements, potential timescales and the work involved. We work with you to understand more about your organisation and the level of skill and experience you will require to fulfil your needs. It is important for us to understand your organisation’s culture and working practise. This enables us to match these requirements to the skills, experience and working styles of our InSourcing team and ensure we can provide the best available consultant or consultants for the job. Finally, we agree fees and the initial InSourcing period required. For initial minimum periods of five days or more we would normally expect our consultant to spend a day with you to be inducted into your organisation in order for them to understand the ground rules, practicalities and basic working practice, as well as provide them with an opportunity to meet your team. You would not be charged any fees for this induction time. We deploy our consultants on a day rate basis, which decreases with an increase in the initial minimum commitment. Travel and where necessary, subsistence expenses will be charged back. We can be very flexible in order to meet your requirements.
