Nissan, through their agency Tullo Marshall Warren (TMW), have taken delivery of additional customer email addresses through CACI’s eAppend service.
Nissan is always looking to improve the effectiveness of its CRM program and with the growth of broadband, the company felt it important to increase the size of their email universe.
Customer email collection has always proved a challenging process, so eAppend was a quick and efficient way to populate Nissan’s customer base.

With email, Cancer Research UK are able to keep their supporters up to date with the work of the charity, but not by spending significant sums in doing so. |
