Electronic Common Assessment Framework (eCAF)
By integrating information from multiple agencies, and with your own central children's database, our eCAF solution supports multi-agency working to ensure the most effective and efficient decisions can be taken about a child's welfare.
By utilising standard forms and processes, eCAF ensures practitioners have access to a simple management tool to record assessment findings, whilst taking into account the total spectrum of services currently interacting with a particular child. Our system does not replace specialist assessments or skills but it is a framework to help you identify appropriate resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child.
ContactPoint
We're an approved supplier to ContactPoint. Working in partnership with Birmingham City Council, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council and Dorset County Council, we're working to ensure we can offer a comprehensive and functional solution driven by a Local Authority's own perspective and priorities.
Our ContactPoint solution will be available in both Full Query and Data Feed, incorporating each and every Local Authority business strategy.
