KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

This administrative role is split across sales & account support (75%) and survey planning support (25%). 
The main roles and responsibilities are as follows: 
 

Sales & account support: 

  • Liaising with legal and accounts team to draft contracts  
  • Liaising with clients to get paperwork signed 
  • Generating salesforms 
  • Maintaining sales trackers 
  • Inputting accurate sales data into CRM system • Account Management support 
  • Running billing meetings with accounts team 
  • Closely working with accounts team to ensure clients are invoiced on-time/ correctly. 
  • Liaising with clients and accounts team to solve billing queries, and assist in chasing outstanding invoices 
  • Building and maintaining invoice trackers/breakdowns for key clients

Survey planning support:

CACI carry out customer surveys across over 200 shopping destinations each year. We have a dedicated survey planning team who prepare all of the question sets and liaise with clients and suppliers. 25% of this role will be to support the survey manager in the following areas: 
  • Assisting with survey set-up 
  • Checking survey scripts
  • Updating clients on fieldwork progress
 

CORE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • The ideal candidate, as well as being a degree educated, highly motivated self-starter, will have the following skills: 
  • High level of numeracy 
  • Excellent relationship building skills 
  • Able to manage and support client organisations at all levels 
  • Self-disciplined, results driven and energetic 
  • A strong attention to detail 
  • Good time management and the ability to manage upwards 
  • Experienced in proactively generating business from existing accounts 
  • A very good communicator, who is outgoing and confident and can be effective in a business meeting with senior people 
  • Have the ability to absorb information and think laterally to deliver a variety of solutions
