We define, design and deliver solutions to help our clients manage network events and faults, measure network performance, enable service reporting and provide ITIL based service management.

Fault Management

Fault management is a critical aspect to network management, enabling effective fault resolution, increasing network availability and reducing downtime.

Working with market leaders including EMC, IBM and HP, we have executed many successful projects delivering cross-network domain and multi-vendor fault management capability. These projects typically include solution selection, architecture, design, implementation and integration to multiple network technology domains and other Operational Support System applications.

Performance Management

Effective network performance management improves capacity planning, service quality, SLA fulfilment and network availability.

Working with InfoVista and Watch4Net, we have executed many successful projects including the selection of application performance solutions, architecture, design, implementation and integration to managed networks and, where needed, integrating with other Operational Support Systems.

Trouble Ticketing

Trouble ticketing provides a platform for tracking customer support and network service issues, and details of their resolution. Managing this process effectively enables incidents to be managed in a structured way and supports customer SLAs.

We have designed, implemented and supported a number of trouble ticketing management systems and integrated them with other OSS functions.

Service Portals

Service portals provide clients with self-service access to a host of information and tools, offering a variety of functions including trouble ticketing, fault management, performance management and access to knowledge bases. We have helped many of our clients implement these service portals and as a result reduce the cost of customer support, increase visibility and flexibility for users, and improving customer satisfaction.

Business Intelligence

We have helped many telecom operators to store, consolidate, analyse and distribute network monitoring data from multiple OSS platforms, handling large data volumes.

Working with Microsoft, SAP Business Objects and QlikView, our data integration, reporting and analysis solutions integrate disparate data systems, centralise access to data held within these and deliver intuitive web-based reports and analyses.
