A leading real estate company asked CACI to investigate the market opportunity for a major retail development in West London. The study focused on the need to target those occupiers best placed to meet consumer demand and sustain optimum turnover levelsfor the centre as a whole.

We undertook detailed analysis of the key customer groups attracted by potential retail anchors and compared their customer profile to the shoppers likely to be attracted to the new centre. The project considered a variety of store configurations and identified a number of complementary pairings to optimise shopper attraction.

We turned to CACI for an in-depth independent report on Shrewsbury to help us to fully understand the potential of the future scheme and to provide guidance and support in identifying the anticipated market and tenant mix. The report was delivered on time and exceeded our expectations, enabling us to progress our proposals with confidence.
