OfficeBase ICS for Social Care

OfficeBase ICS is fully compliant with Phase 1A and 1B of the DCSF's requirements, providing a web-based Case Management System to support front line social workers as well as back office administrators and managers.

OfficeBase ICS was one of the first solutions to be accredited by the DCSF and remains one of the most compliant systems available in the market.

Developed in partnership with one of the first Government ICS pilot sites, OfficeBase ICS benefits from early adopter lessons and experiences, all of which have been embedded in the solution.

The solution supports all current Phase 1A and Phase 1B requirements and is constantly being developed to include the latest functionality. At its heart is a flexible case management workflow system designed to reflect the findings of the Laming report that delivers processes to the right person at the right time to ensure that no activity in the LAC process is "lost" between persons or agencies.

Understanding that flexibility is key to supporting local best practise, the web-enabled "WorkDesk" and forms toolsets provide a customisable single working environment for social workers, administrative support staff, managers, and other agencies. All statutory returns such as CPR3 and SSDA903 are supported, as well as a range of internal management KPI's.
