CACI launches SaaS solution for commissioning and contract management

Synergy Accord is the first solution of its kind to offer commissioning and contract management on a single platform.

02.11.11 - CACI, a leading supplier of IT solutions and consultancy services to the NHS, has today announced the release of a commissioning and contract management system that can be offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

Synergy Accord enables commissioners and providers to seamlessly share data on a single platform to more effectively manage contract performance from both sides of the commissioning process.

Using modern web standards, Synergy Accord integrates data from clinical, financial and national data sources, including the Secondary Uses Service (SUS). The system provides flexible contract set-up and rules based monitoring for multiple currencies, groupers and tariffs, as well as offering invoice validation and sophisticated financial modelling and forecasting as standard.

Using the SaaS model, trusts can benefit from a multitude of operational and financial benefits, including rapid deployment, secure N3 data centre hosting and far lower implementation and maintenance costs. For trusts not yet ready to move to a SaaS model, Synergy Accord can also be implemented 'on premise' as part of a trust's own IT infrastructure.
