CACI boosts their multi-channel marketing expertise with acquisition.

CACI today announces the acquisition of digital specialist, Monitor Media Ltd.

03.11.09. Customer management and data expert CACI Ltd, today announces the acquisition of Monitor Media, a digital agency specialising in advanced online applications, ecommerce websites and email marketing.

Monitor Media has a strong history of 15 years within the digital market with clients including Coca-Cola, Hasbro, Toshiba, Pizza Hut and BAA. More recently they have become one of the leading digital players in the financial services industry, with clients such as Abbey, Royal Bank of Scotland, Aviva, Wesleyan and Allianz.

Known for their expertise in customer management consultancy and analytics, the acquisition of Monitor Media fits well with CACI's strategic plans to offer their clients a multi-channel marketing solution that combines both offline and online elements to help improve customer optimisation, retention and profitability.

This follows CACI's recent acquisition of EzGov Europe, a major online company that provide transactional websites for central government. Combined, these acquisitions allow CACI to provide online solutions for both the public and commercial sectors, further growing their position in the digital market place.
