CACI and Neolane partner to deliver next-generation marketing solution
Multi-channel hosted database will improve acquisition, retention and profitability
Customer management and data expert CACI has announced a strategic partnership with Neolane SA, a provider of multi-channel marketing management software.
The new venture enables CACI to offer clients a fully-hosted marketing database and multi-channel campaign management solution using Neolane's leading suite of software.
From this month, businesses will be able to integrate their email, web, SMS, direct mail and telephone communications with their customers in real time, to improve campaign effectiveness. The hosted database service will combine client data with CACI's digital data products, consumer enhancement data and ACORN demographic segmentation tool.
The CACI-Neolane partnership builds on CACI's expertise in helping major companies such as BSkyB, RBS and Vodafone to develop customer contact strategies which improve acquisition, retention and customer profitability.
