Evolving Next Generation Business Model
2nd December - 5th December
Arabella Sheraton Grand Hotel, Munich, Germany
As Next Generation networks are rolled out and the telecoms industry is moving towards all-IP, the traditional business models of fixed and mobile operators are slowly eroding. Legacy voice and data services are no longer sufficient to meet the increasingly sophisticated demands of customers, nor are they able to compete with new applications from alternative service providers. As convergence takes hold of the telecoms industry, operators are forced to evolve Next Generation business models in order to remain competitive and profitable.
This conference has been designed examine the key commerical and technical challenges facing operators when developing viable Next Generation business models and see how operators can determine the most suitable business model for their company in order to take advantage of the opportunities arising from the transition to a Next Generation environment.
On Day One Graham Hill, Associate, CACI Customer Solutions Group, will be presenting on the future of innovation with the telecoms industry and will highlight the importance of innovation in driving retention, profits and growth.
