17.07.08 - IT Solutions specialist CACI has today announced that North Lanarkshire Council has chosen its performance management system.

The web-based system, which uses QPR ScoreCard technology, will allow Service Practitioners, Managers, Elected Members and members of the North Lanarkshire Partnership to monitor a range of performance measures set against strategic and operational initiatives, such as the Single Outcome Agreement, Corporate Plan, Service Improvement Plans and statutory and local indicator targets.

QPR ScoreCard from CACI was selected for its ease of use, clear picture based navigation and detailed drill-down functionality.

The system will be developed over three phases, with the set up phase to be completed by April 2009 to allow full year performance reporting for 2009/10. Phase two will look at back office integration and further integration with members of the North Lanarkshire Partnership, including Police, Fire & Rescue, NHS and Job Centre Plus. Finally, stage three will involve public performance reporting through the council's website.
